LA Girliessss, A Little Day Brunch presents to you "A Day Of Rest: The Soft Life Edition". This will be a restorative space that will be dedicated to the healing and restoration of a group of women. From yoga to therapy, to massages, art therapy, jump rope, manicures, crafting, two meals, treats, bottomless sips and so much more, participants will be transformed to a space of freedom, relaxation, and community care.

Here, ALL women from diverse backgrounds will focus on self love while also building a strong community with one another. We are investing in ourselves and one another during National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
